Accepting These Terms

By creating an account, using SlamZ, publishing templates, sending slambooks, responding to slambooks, or adding people to a crew, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use SlamZ.

You must be old enough under the laws that apply to you to use social and user-generated content features, and you must have any required parent or guardian permission if you are not legally an adult.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your phone number, password, session, and device secure.

You must provide accurate account information and follow all applicable laws while using SlamZ.

You must not create accounts to impersonate others, evade enforcement, scrape data, spam users, or interfere with the service.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you create, including profile photos, templates, slambooks, questions, responses, uploaded media, shared names, and other user-generated content.

You grant SlamZ the permission needed to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and share your content inside the app and related services for app functionality, safety, support, and service operations.

You must only upload or share content that you have the right to use. You must not upload content that violates someone else's rights, privacy, or the Community Guidelines.

Contacts And Invitations

If you use the contact picker, you are responsible for choosing who to invite or add to a crew.

You must not use contacts, phone numbers, names, or invitations for spam, harassment, impersonation, scraping, or unwanted communication.

SlamZ may limit or block invitation features if they are abused or used in a way that risks user safety, privacy, or service integrity.

Service Rules

You must follow the Community Guidelines and must not misuse SlamZ, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private services, overload infrastructure, introduce malware, or bypass safety controls.

SlamZ may moderate content, limit visibility, limit access, suspend accounts, remove content, or remove accounts when needed to operate the service safely.

SlamZ may investigate reports and use automated or manual review to detect spam, abuse, safety risks, policy violations, or illegal activity.

Account Deletion And Termination

You can request account deletion from Profile settings. SlamZ may retain limited data when required for security, legal, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or compliance reasons.

SlamZ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the safety of users or the service.

Some content shared with other users may remain visible, limited, anonymized, or unavailable depending on how the feature works and what deletion is technically or legally required.

Changes To The Service

SlamZ may add, change, suspend, or remove features, templates, moderation tools, policies, or service availability as the product evolves.

SlamZ may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of SlamZ after an update means you accept the updated terms.

If a material terms update requires renewed acceptance, SlamZ may ask you to review and accept the latest policy versions before continuing to use the app.
